Potato stew 
with beef jerky

Ingredients:

4 potatoes

Half a bunch of parsley

Kito beef Jerky package

2 tablespoons of oil

2 onions cut into rings
Sweet or hot paprika

After two and a half hours that this beauty has been bubbling on a low heat, transfer the pot to the oven, at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. Now enjoy your pot of miracles.

Take out the cubes of meat that you browned well, and into the same pot, put the onion after a few minutes, the crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of paprika, grated tomato, half a teaspoon of cumin, salt and pepper, and a little tomato paste. Mix well so that everything comes together, put the cubes the meat back and cover with water from the tap (about two cups of water), bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and close the pot with a lid. Stir occasionally, add water if needed. After an hour and a half add potatoes to the stew. Peel 3 potatoes into cubes + one carrot cut into rings and add to the goulash, add a little water, adjust the seasoning: salt, pepper, on a low heat for another hour.

In a hot flat pot, heat half a cup of oil and brown and seal the meat cubes.
